I was asked the other day about making a janet proposal suit for someone and if they could see pics of any i'd made - silly me hasn't got any other than one i made 3 years ago when i started sewing. It was an awful picture of one i wore at Oakley court. Made over the weekend out of an old curtain, hmmm you can imagine how bad  !!!  
So i decided this morning to nip out and get some cheap material (cotton) and whip one up. No buttons as yet, but hey at least i'll have some recolection of what i make lol.
I think in future i will post pictures of anything i make, even if its just for me.

Finally thought i'd write a post in here. Probably won't do another as i'm rubbish at diaries and such.
I like knocking up costumes and this week made a few, i did 2 eddie jackets for me and a friend, a space suit (for ebay), and a green surgeon robe for Rocky too.
I've got some pink material to made a Janet dress as we're at the TimeWarp picnic next weekend and i haven't tried my original on yet (scared the diet hasn't worked this time and i won't fit into it, But if it has i'll just knock one up and put it on Ebay during the week.
The hardest thing i made was the Frank leather jacket, my machine hated sewing leather and i ended up turning it manually - Phew 2 weeks! but it looks smashing.
